Exclusions
Hardware procurement outside M3 Networks
Any hardware purchased from vendors other than M3 Networks is not covered under this agreement and may affect support capabilities.
Third-party vendor fees not listed in agreement
Additional costs from external vendors that are not explicitly mentioned in the service agreement will be the client's responsibility.
On-demand projects unless explicitly included in proposal
Special projects requiring additional resources beyond regular support will be quoted separately unless specifically included in your service package.
All selections and authorizations related to this Statement of Work will be completed via the quoting system.
